Initial medical examination

The initial medical examination is mandatory for every employee working in a hazardous (risk) environment. The risk category will be communicated to the employee during discussions with the workplace.

If the examination is required, it may be completed up to two months in advance, but must take place no later than one day before the start of employment.

The contracted medical facility for these examinations varies according to the risk category. The necessary information and documents will be provided by the Personnel Department of the HR Division, based on the recommendation of the department secretary.
