CISCentralised Information System (CIS)

The CIS offers grant project researchers and heads of workplaces an opportunity to view data in the accounting and payroll systems. All CIS employees can access information regarding their use of holidays, assets on record, grants, and projects recorded by the Charles University Rectorate. The CIS enables those who generate purchase orders and approve procurement to take the required steps in electronic form.

You can log into the CIS here using your CAS login and password, but you can only use the Faculty’s internal network.

Using a proxy server, you can also set up remote access to systems that are only accessible from the internal network. In this scenario, users’ browsers will read data from the networks through a computer (the proxy server) located at the Faculty. The purpose of the proxy server is to allow users to work as if they are connected to the Faculty network.
