Salaries at the Faculty are regulated by the Internal Salary Policy.
The gross salary amount is not specified in the employment contract, but is communicated to the employee through a document called a Salary Assessment (in Czech: mzdový výměr).
This document states the total gross salary as well as its particular components.
Whenever the amount or structure of the salary changes, the employee must sign and receive an updated Salary Assessment.
The calculation and final amount of the net salary are shown on the payslip, which is available in the employee’s personal profile within the WhoIS information system.
A link to the payslip is automatically sent to the employee’s university email inbox each month after the salary payment has been processed by the Faculty.
Employees are required to open a bank account in the Czech Republic for salary payments.
