Signing the employment contract

You sign your employment contracts at the workplace on the day they commence work (if not before). To generate your employment contract, you need to complete your employment-related documents. You can sent all documents by email but we recommend make an appointment in HR department as soon as possible after your arrival to Czech Republic.

Overview of employment – related documents:

  • Personal Questionnaire

  • Annex to the personal questionnaire

  • Initial training – work security, health and fire protection

  • Signed CV

  • Certified copy of proof of education/professional qualifications (diplomas)

  • Travel document (passport or ID card) - photocopy/scan of travel document page containing basic identification data

  • Third-country citizens - visa or long-term residence permit

  • EU, EEA or Swiss national - if you are employed in two or more countries within the EU, you must submit an A1 form - "Confirmation of social security affiliation" - before starting work. This form must be requested by the employee in person in the country where he/she pays the insurance.

We will complete this form with you at the personnel department.
