Many of the documents required to begin employment can be completed remotely and sent by email. However, the employee’s personal presence is still required for signing the employment contract and for the initial medical examination (if necessary).
An overview of all required documents and the latest version of each form can be obtained from the department secretary/administrator or the Personnel Department of the HR Division, depending on the established practice and staffing capacity of the respective workplace.
Onboarding documentation includes:
Personal Questionnaire
Signed C.V. (Curriculum Vitae)
Certified copy of education / professional competence (diplomas or degree certificates)
Travel document (Passport or ID Card) – copy / scan of the page containing the basic data
Certificate of study (only for students)
Visa or Residence permit – for third-country nationals
Initial Training – work security, health protection and fire protection

Both work at the Personnel Department of the HR Division, located in office no. 322 on the top floor of the Albertov 6 building.
If a future employee is also employed in another country, the issue of concurrent employment in multiple countries must be resolved several months before the start date. The procedure for handling this situation is descibed in the Guidelines on Concurrent Employment, internal document available at all workplaces.
