Employee benefits

The employee benefits offered by the Faculty of Science are described in detail on the Faculty website.
Below is a brief overview of the main benefits available:

• Meal allowance – financial contribution towards meals for employees with a workload of 0.5 FTE or higher which is added to the salary 

• Annual Leave and Personal Development Days (DOR) – see the separate chapter for details

• Language courses and other training opportunities – available through the Department of Lifelong Learning (CŽV) and thought the Educational Portal CU 

• Sports activities support – access to the Multisport card, an employee benefit card that allows entry to a wide range of gyms, swimming pools, yoga studios, and wellness centres across the Czech Republic

• Pension savings contribution – eligibility depends on the length of employment and the workload (FTE)

• Subsidised placement of an employee’s child in the Faculty kindergarten called Rybička

• Coworking Albertov - is a shared workspace designed for parents, offering a comfortable environment where they can work while having their children nearby. Children should remain accompanied by an adult at all times (Coworking Albertov is not a childcare facility).
